The service. Luqera provides messaging, CRM, and HR & payroll tooling built on the official WhatsApp Business API and other channel providers. A workspace subscription grants your team access under your chosen plan.
Your responsibilities. You must have consent to message your contacts and comply with WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies and applicable law (including opt-out handling). Meta may charge per-conversation fees, billed by Meta and passed through at cost.
Acceptable use. No spam, harassment, unlawful content, or attempts to evade platform enforcement. We may suspend workspaces that put our platform status at risk.
Billing. Paid plans renew until cancelled. Prices are listed on the pricing page, exclusive of VAT. Annual plans are billed up front.
Data. Your workspace data remains yours; our use is described in the Privacy Policy. You can export contacts at any time.
Availability & liability. The service is provided "as is"; message delivery ultimately depends on third-party channels. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
