Who we are. Luqera ("we", "us") provides a WhatsApp Business CRM and a UAE HR & payroll platform operated from Dubai, UAE. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect. Account details you provide (name, email, phone, company), workspace content you create (contacts, conversations, templates, automations), and technical data needed to operate the service (log and usage data).

How we use it. To provide and secure the service, route your messages through the official WhatsApp Business API and other channels you connect, and support you. We do not sell personal data.

Message content. Your customer conversations belong to you. We process them only to deliver the product's features (inbox, automation, AI replies you enable) and never use them to train shared models.

Third parties. Delivery depends on providers you connect — Meta (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram), Telegram, Twilio, Stripe, your e-commerce or CRM systems. Their processing is governed by their own policies.

Retention & deletion. Data is retained while your workspace is active. You can export your contacts at any time and request full deletion by contacting us.

Security. Credentials and API secrets are encrypted at rest; access is role-based and audit-logged.
