We started as an Odoo official partner, helping companies move away from messy spreadsheets and disconnected systems by implementing clean, well-designed ERP setups.
However, we noticed a recurring problem: no matter how good the ERP was, actual business happened on WhatsApp. Sales teams were losing leads in personal chats, support agents couldn't collaborate, and automating conversations was nearly impossible without breaking the human connection.
That's why we built Luqera.
